Main Terms And Conditions
Placing an order does not form a legally binding contract. A contract is formed between you the customer, and us Mr BeanBags UK when we accept and confirm your order.
You have the right to cancel an order except where an item has been made to your individual specifications. To cancel an order you must notify us in writing at the address on our contact page within 7 days of receiving the goods. You must return the goods at your own expense and must insure the goods during transport. Refund of you payment will be made when we receive the goods in their original condition and packaging.
Where goods have manufacturing defects, a refund will be made once the goods have been returned. Before returning defective items you must contact us for return approval.
If incorrect products or sizes are ordered, replacement may be made subject to additional charges for the product, postage and packing, delivery and administration.
If an item is not in stock or no longer available, our only liability will be to refund any payment made.
Any dispute between Mr BeanBags UK and the customer will be dealt with under English law.
